Success!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I eventually got Windows 2K to confirm the fact that a
new device had been plugged in.
Then I simply followed the on-screen instructions, but
specified the "falstaff.inf" file which
enabled the device driver to be loaded and it now works fine!
